These are distinct published requirements. This table does not establish whether all three can be completed together or label every possible story outcome.
Reserve the Cure Potion for the cure attempt and agree with your team on the objective. Confirm that Fred was actually cured rather than treating possession or disappearance of the item as success. Complete the ride without killing him.
No-kill is not a verified zero-damage rule. Avoiding unnecessary damage is a sensible precaution, but the official wording does not establish that one nonlethal hit automatically invalidates the attempt.
For the defeat objective, the published condition includes both defeating Fred at the final stop and ending the ride. Check the completed run and actual badge award before marking a local checklist.
Use the boss guide for its separately documented encounter information. This condition alone does not establish weapon rankings, health values or last-hit credit rules.

Case Closed names Jack’s survival until he finds Fred. Keep that objective separate in your plan. Neither the name of a Fred badge nor a guide’s “secret ending” label supplies a verified escort route or proves that another badge is awarded automatically.

The cure badge requires the ride to finish without killing Fred. A run in which he is killed does not meet that condition.
